Being forced to write tightly has advantages and I was curious to see if there is more or less reader engagement based on the length of blog posts. Pedantry can be a turnoff, yet I seldom count words. Digital distribution makes publishing cheap without penalty for excess verbosity. The final results haven’t yet been calculated, but it’s time to get back to business as usual. Come Monday.
